While our primary service area is within certain cities and counties, we are more than happy to provide our services to clients outside of our regular service areas.

However, a traveling fee may apply. Keep in mind that our salon is on wheels, which means that we can travel to wherever you are, so don't hesitate to reach out to us to discuss the details.

We accept various payment methods to make the process as convenient as possible for our clients.

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and Zelle. There is a 3.9% + 30c convenience fee for card transactions processed through stripe.

Absolutely, we understand that senior dogs have unique grooming needs and we are fully equipped to cater to them.

We have fatigue mats where senior dogs can stand or lay down during the grooming process, and we never force them to do anything they are not comfortable with.

We only work at their pace and our team of experienced and compassionate groomers will ensure that your senior dog is treated with the utmost care and respect, while providing the grooming services they need.

Additionally, we also provide real-time videos and pictures of the grooming process so you can be sure that your senior dog is comfortable and well taken care of.

Yes, we are excited to announce that we now offer luxury grooming services for cats. 

Our team is made up of certified cat groomers with an exclusive mobile salon/van, specially equipped for feline grooming. Our groomers are trained to handle cats with the utmost care and compassion, providing a stress-free grooming experience for your feline friend. 

We are committed to providing the highest level of care for your cat and ensuring that their grooming experience is as pleasant as possible.

It's recommended that dogs should be groomed every 4-6 weeks max, but the frequency may vary depending on the breed, coat type, and lifestyle of your dog.

Our grooming experts can help you determine the best grooming schedule for your pup during your consultation.

We understand that inclement weather is a common occurrence in Florida, but we have taken measures to ensure that your pup stays dry during transport.

We have umbrellas in our van that we can use to shield your pup from the rain.
 
However, in cases of extreme weather such as tropical storms, hurricanes or heavy rain with flooding, we may have to reschedule your appointment for safety reasons. Rest assured that there will be no additional charges for rescheduling in these circumstances.

We take sanitation and hygiene very seriously. Upon completing a grooming session, we thoroughly clean and sanitize our equipment and the grooming area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all our clients.
 We also rotate and sanitize our brushes and blades, just like a hair salon, so that each dog is groomed with clean and sanitized tools, providing the best care and grooming service possible.

At our grooming service, we strive to make your dog look and feel their best. For dogs with minor matting, we can work to remove the knots and leave the coat fluffy. 

However, in cases of extreme matting, it is not humane to proceed with de-matting as it can cause pain and injury to the dog. In such cases, we prioritize the well-being of the animal over aesthetics. Additional charges may apply for heavily matted dogs.

 To avoid these issues and additional costs, it is recommended to regularly groom and brush your dog to keep their coat in good condition.

Our high prices reflect our commitment to providing top-quality care for your pet.

Choosing lower priced options may lead to factory-like results and poor treatment to meet daily quotas, disregarding the quality. 

We prioritize individualized attention and never rush through our services, ensuring that your pet is well taken care of. We do not overbook our schedule, nor keep pets in cages for long periods of time. With us, quality is always prioritized over quantity.

Grooming time varies depending on the size of the dog and the condition of their coat.

For well-maintained dogs, grooming usually takes about 1 hour for smaller breeds and an hour and a half for larger breeds.

For breeds with longer coat such as poodles and doodles, grooming times may vary depending on coat condition, length, and hair style requested.

In the worst-case scenario, grooming may take up to 4 hours.

Yes, we are experienced in handling dogs with sensitive skin and we take extra care to use only the best quality, hypoallergenic products that are gentle on your pup's skin. Our team will work with you to develop a grooming plan that is tailored to your dog's specific needs.

Yes, we offer chemical-free / vegan grooming service and use only the best quality, natural products that are gentle on your pup's skin and coat.

We understand that life happens and things can shift around unexpectedly. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment with no penalty if it is within 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in your deposit being withheld. 

You can only reschedule one time per appointment booked as long as it is within 30 days. After that, you must book a new appointment and pay a new deposit.  

Yes, our team of expert groomers is skilled in creating a wide range of styles for your pup. Whether you're looking for a traditional grooming style or a more modern look, we can create the perfect style for your dog.

Yes, our team is experienced in handling dogs with special needs and we take extra care to ensure that your pup is comfortable and safe during the grooming process.

We will work closely with you to understand your dog's unique needs and develop a grooming plan that is tailored to them.

We offer Flea & Tick Treatment as an upgrade service for dogs that have fleas or ticks (starting at $50).

The treatment eliminates the parasites and provides relief from itchy and dry skin. However, please note that in cases of severe infestation, it may require a double process at double cost and we will provide proof of it.

If fleas are discovered during the grooming session, the treatment will be mandatory in order to maintain a clean and sanitized mobile salon.

After the elimination of the fleas from your pup, we also sanitize and deep clean the whole van, which is why we charge what we charge.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and that's why we offer flexibility in scheduling appointments.

You can always book an appointment through our website's "book now" link. In case we don't have a spot available, we can accommodate your request for an extra fee due to our groomers working extra hours, but this will only happen if we don't have an open spot in our regular schedule.

We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide grooming services at short notice.

We understand that some dogs may have behavior issues that make grooming stressful for them. Our team is trained to handle dogs with aggression or anxiety, and we use gentle and positive reinforcement techniques to ensure that your pup is comfortable and safe throughout the grooming process.

We only work at their pace, showing them that they are safe with us and making the experience as enjoyable as possible. Additionally, we also provide real-time videos and pictures of the grooming process so you can be sure that your dog is comfortable and well taken care of during the process. Please note that depending on the services required the price might vary due to the special process and knowledge/expertise needed. Our top priority is always the well-being and safety of your pet. 

In some specific cases the pup will need a vet visit first to help the grooming process. In others cases where the well-being of the groomer is involved, we will not be able to service them.

We recommend that your pup is up to date on their vaccinations, however, we do not require them in order for us to provide grooming services.
