We have fatigue mats where senior dogs can stand or lay down during the grooming process, and we never force them to do anything they are not comfortable with.
We only work at their pace and our team of experienced and compassionate groomers will ensure that your senior dog is treated with the utmost care and respect, while providing the grooming services they need.
Additionally, we also provide real-time videos and pictures of the grooming process so you can be sure that your senior dog is comfortable and well taken care of.

It's recommended that dogs should be groomed every 4-6 weeks max, but the frequency may vary depending on the breed, coat type, and lifestyle of your dog.

We understand that inclement weather is a common occurrence in Florida, but we have taken measures to ensure that your pup stays dry during transport.
We have umbrellas in our van that we can use to shield your pup from the rain.
However, in cases of extreme weather such as tropical storms, hurricanes or heavy rain with flooding, we may have to reschedule your appointment for safety reasons. Rest assured that there will be no additional charges for rescheduling in these circumstances.
We take sanitation and hygiene very seriously. Upon completing a grooming session, we thoroughly clean and sanitize our equipment and the grooming area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all our clients.
We also rotate and sanitize our brushes and blades, just like a hair salon, so that each dog is groomed with clean and sanitized tools, providing the best care and grooming service possible.
At our grooming service, we strive to make your dog look and feel their best. For dogs with minor matting, we can work to remove the knots and leave the coat fluffy.
However, in cases of extreme matting, it is not humane to proceed with de-matting as it can cause pain and injury to the dog. In such cases, we prioritize the well-being of the animal over aesthetics. Additional charges may apply for heavily matted dogs.
To avoid these issues and additional costs, it is recommended to regularly groom and brush your dog to keep their coat in good condition.

For well-maintained dogs, grooming usually takes about 1 hour for smaller breeds and an hour and a half for larger breeds.
For breeds with longer coat such as poodles and doodles, grooming times may vary depending on coat condition, length, and hair style requested.
In the worst-case scenario, grooming may take up to 4 hours.

Yes, we offer chemical-free / vegan grooming service and use only the best quality, natural products that are gentle on your pup's skin and coat.
We understand that life happens and things can shift around unexpectedly. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment with no penalty if it is within 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in your deposit being withheld.
You can only reschedule one time per appointment booked as long as it is within 30 days. After that, you must book a new appointment and pay a new deposit.

We offer Flea & Tick Treatment as an upgrade service for dogs that have fleas or ticks (starting at $50).
The treatment eliminates the parasites and provides relief from itchy and dry skin. However, please note that in cases of severe infestation, it may require a double process at double cost and we will provide proof of it.
If fleas are discovered during the grooming session, the treatment will be mandatory in order to maintain a clean and sanitized mobile salon.
After the elimination of the fleas from your pup, we also sanitize and deep clean the whole van, which is why we charge what we charge.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and that's why we offer flexibility in scheduling appointments.
You can always book an appointment through our website's "book now" link. In case we don't have a spot available, we can accommodate your request for an extra fee due to our groomers working extra hours, but this will only happen if we don't have an open spot in our regular schedule.
